What are the different levels of classes
Evening classes are categorized into different levels: Monday is designed for beginners, Tuesday is specifically tailored for absolute beginners, and Wednesday is ideal for individuals with prior dance experience. Each class adheres to the traditional ballet structure, and participants of all levels are encouraged to explore any class that interests them.

What is the class like?
First off, it’s adults only. You’ll begin with a 35 minute barre. 20 minutes center and across the floor and a 5 min stretch and strength sequence at the end with the lights turned down. 
There are about 4-8 people in the class. Everyone is very friendly and the teacher does the entire class along with you so you can follow her. I promise everyone will make you feel very welcomed and comfortable.

What should I wear?
Most of our ballerinas by night wear yoga type clothing - leggings and a fitted top. Some wear traditional leotard, tights, and skirt with a T-shirt over. It's whatever you feel most comfortable and confident in! I can send you some pictures of dancers in class so you can see what they are wearing. They will have ballet shoes but you can do your trial class in socks if you wish.

What are the payment options?
The best deal is $99/month for unlimited classes.
Once a week (1 hour class) is $65/month.
Once a week (1.5 hour class) is $79/month.

We are located off of Kaliste Saloom road across the street from St. Pius church. We’re the last business in the shopping center so when you turn in drive all the way to the back.

What is Jazzercise?
Jazzercise is a dance fitness program. We offer a variety of formats, but always bring the Dance!! A Jazzercise class is 55-60 minutes long and includes cardio, strength and stretch. We use current music and choreographed moves that are safe, effective and FUN.

How much does Jazzercise cost?

We offer several pricing options, but the best deal is the monthly pass for $69. This pass covers unlimited in-person classes. You can also purchase an All ACCESS PASS which not only covers all in-person classes, but also gives you access to the Jazzercise online platform. (a multitude of formats, lengths of classes and even targeted work such as abs or legs). The ALL ACCESS PASS is $84 per month. There are other options for payment such as $20 for a walk-in, a 10 class pass (2 month expiration) for $160 or a 5 class pass (2 month expiration) for $99.

Is there a beginner class?
A Jazzercise class is designed to fit everyone's fitness level, even if you haven't got experience or think you can't dance. Your instructor will cue all the moves and help you and everyone be successful by showing modifications and low and high impact options. If the moves seem tricky at first, don't worry you will be surprised at how quickly you catch on!! Plus our Jazzercise community is so supportive, you will never feel out of place!!

Should I bring anything? What should I wear?
Wear your workout clothes that are cool and comfortable because you will be moving and sweating!! Shoes should be supportive in the heel and arch (not flat Keds.. OUCH)

Bring water because we stay hydrated in class. We provide hand held weights which are optional for use and mats for those times we work on the floor, although we find customers often prefer using their own mat! Most important - Bring Your Smile, because you will have fun at Jazzercise.

How many times a week should I attend class?
We offer you unlimited classes, so you can come as many as you like. To receive the benefits of working out, however, you should shoot for 2-3 classes a week! Grab a friend to come with you and you will be even more successful in making Jazzercise a part of your life! We can't wait to see you on the dance floor!
